Visakhapatnam-based firm gets 5,000 seats under IBPS

Pulsus Group, located in Port City(Vizag) has secured the largest number of seat allocations under the Indian Business Promotion Scheme (IBPS). This initiative, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has created around 5,000 employment opportunities in Visakhapatnam, with a focus on employing 4,000 women. In addition to this achievement, Pulsus Group received a significant amount of Rs 41 crore in viability gap funding from the Government of India, demonstrating their commitment to the program. The IBPS Scheme has established 48,300 BPO or ITeS seats across the country and has received a budgetary allocation of Rs 543 crore to fuel sectoral growth and generate employment opportunities. Pulsus Group's founder and CEO, Srinubabu Gedela, stated that his company has generated approximately 25,000 jobs in the past fifteen years. Since its inception on March 31, 2019, the IBPS has created a total of 50,000 employment opportunities, with Pulsus Group contributing a significant portion of 5,000 jobs.
